E-liquid (Vape Juice)
Freebase and nicotine salt. 0mg to 50mg. Staff-matched to your device.
American-manufactured e-liquids in freebase and nicotine salt formulations — from 0mg all the way up. Wide flavor selection, full VG/PG range, and staff who'll match you to the right liquid for your device so your coils last and your flavor delivers.
Using the wrong e-liquid for your device is the most common cause of burnt coils, poor flavor, and leaking — problems most vapers blame on their hardware. VG/PG ratio, nicotine type (freebase vs. salt), and nicotine strength all need to match your specific setup. We carry the full range and we'll tell you exactly what works for what you're running — including coil life, flavor, and throat hit tradeoffs.
Three Formulations. One for Every Setup.
Freebase nicotine, nicotine salt, and nicotine-free — each formulation exists for a specific reason and works best with specific devices. Choosing the wrong one is the most common cause of coil burnout and unsatisfying flavor. Here's how they differ and what each is for.
Nicotine salt uses a benzoic acid formulation that smooths the throat hit at high concentrations — allowing 25–50mg to be inhaled comfortably where freebase at those levels would be harsh and unpleasant. This is what almost all modern disposables and pod systems use. Small devices, small vapor volume, highly efficient nicotine delivery.
The traditional form of nicotine — works best at lower concentrations (3–12mg) in high-powered, high-vapor setups. At these wattages you're inhaling a significant volume of vapor per puff, so lower nic concentration delivers the right amount per session. Produces a noticeable throat hit that many former smokers prefer. Big clouds, strong flavor.
The same e-liquid formulas — same PG/VG ratios, same flavor profiles — with zero nicotine. Available in both salt-base and freebase formulations to match whatever device you're running. Popular with people who've stepped their nicotine down to zero and want to keep vaping for flavor, former smokers maintaining the habit without dependency, and new vapers who never wanted nicotine in the first place.
Find Your Flavor Profile
Every category has options that come in both freebase and nic salt formulations across nicotine strengths. Ask us what's in stock — rotation is regular.
The largest and most popular category by far. Single-fruit, blended, and exotic tropical profiles. Covers everything from straightforward strawberry to complex mango-passionfruit blends.
Rich, warm, and sweet. Custards, creams, bakery, and candy profiles built for vapers who want something indulgent. More complex flavor chemistry — good on quality hardware.
Clean, cooling, and sharp. Straight menthol to mint-forward fruit blends. Popular with former menthol cigarette smokers. Can be layered — menthol strawberry, spearmint, peppermint.
For former smokers who want a familiar base. Ranges from straight tobacco to blended tobacco-vanilla and tobacco-caramel profiles. Consistently popular with new vapers making the switch from cigarettes.
VG & PG — What They Are and Why They Matter
Every e-liquid is built on a VG/PG base. Getting this ratio wrong for your device is the fastest way to burn coils, get poor flavor, and leak all over everything. Here's what each does and how to match them correctly.
A thick, sweet, plant-derived liquid that produces dense vapor clouds and a smooth, slightly sweet draw. High-VG liquids look and feel thick — you can tell the difference by tilting the bottle. Too thick for pod systems with small coil openings — won't wick fast enough and you get dry hits and burnt coils.
- Higher VG = more vapor production
- Smoother throat hit
- Slight natural sweetness
- Requires high-power device to vaporize properly
- Typical in sub-ohm / direct-to-lung liquids
A thin, odorless liquid that carries flavor more efficiently than VG and wicks quickly into small coil openings. Produces less vapor but delivers a stronger throat hit. Higher-PG liquids work well in pod systems and lower-power devices because they saturate the wick fast — which is why pod liquids are usually 50/50 or higher PG.
- Higher PG = better flavor clarity and throat hit
- Thinner — wicks fast into small coils
- Less vapor production
- Works in low-power pod systems and MTL devices
- Typical in nic salt / pod system liquids
Which Ratio for Which Device
Match the liquid to the device — not the other way around.
| VG/PG Ratio | Best For | Nicotine Type | What to Expect |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50/50 | Pod systems, MTL devices, low-wattage setups | Nicotine salt (25–50mg) | Smooth draw, strong nic delivery, less cloud, great for everyday portable use |
| 60/40 or 65/35 | Versatile — works in most mid-range setups | Freebase (6–12mg) | Balanced vapor and flavor, moderate throat hit, reasonable coil life |
| 70/30 | Sub-ohm tanks, higher wattage (40–80W) | Freebase (3–6mg) | Good cloud production, smooth hit, strong flavor — the most popular sub-ohm ratio |
| 80/20 or Max-VG | High-wattage sub-ohm, cloud-chasing builds (80W+) | Freebase (3mg or 0mg) | Maximum vapor, very smooth, intense flavor — only works in high-power direct-lung setups |
The Nicotine Stepdown Ladder
Many customers use vaping as a tool to reduce nicotine dependence over time. An open pod system makes this significantly easier than disposables because you control the exact concentration at every step. We carry e-liquids at each point on this path — and we'll help you map out a realistic timeline.
Spend 4–8 weeks at each level depending on your comfort before stepping down. Don't rush — slower transitions stick better. Around the 12mg step, most people switch from nic salt to freebase because the lower concentration works better with higher-power setups. Come in and we'll help you figure out where to start based on how much you're currently smoking or vaping.
American-Manufactured — What That Actually Means
US manufacturers are subject to more stringent ingredient disclosure and quality control standards than most imported liquids. You know what's in it — pharmaceutical-grade PG and VG, food-grade flavorings, and verified nicotine concentration. Imported liquids vary widely in quality control.
A consistent VG/PG ratio means your coil wicking is predictable. Inconsistent viscosity from lower-quality liquids accelerates coil buildup and gunking — which shows up as burnt taste well before the coil should need changing.
Independent lab testing of imported e-liquids has regularly found nicotine levels significantly different from what's labeled — in both directions. US brands we carry are tested and the label matches what's in the bottle.
The vaping industry learned hard lessons about undisclosed additives. Every liquid we stock is from manufacturers with transparent formulations — no diacetyl, no acetoin, no shortcuts in the flavor chemistry that show up as lung irritants.
E-Liquid FAQ
The questions we get asked every day about vape juice — formulations, device matching, flavors, and nicotine.
They're two different nicotine formulations designed for different devices:
- Nicotine salt uses benzoic acid to smooth the throat hit at high concentrations (25–50mg), making it comfortable to inhale through small, low-power devices like pod systems. This is what virtually all modern disposables use. At those concentrations through a pod, you get efficient nicotine delivery in a small vapor volume.
- Freebase nicotine is traditional and works best at lower concentrations (3–12mg) in high-wattage sub-ohm setups. More vapor per puff means you need less nicotine per ml to get the same effect. It also produces a more noticeable throat hit that many former smokers find satisfying.
The critical rule: don't mix them up. Nicotine salt at 50mg through a box mod at 80W will make you very sick. Freebase at 3mg in a pod system will feel like vaping water. Come in and tell us what device you're running — we'll point you straight to the right shelf.
Match the ratio to how your device works:
- Pod systems and low-power MTL devices: 50/50 — the higher PG wicks quickly into small coil openings. High-VG liquid is too thick and will cause dry hits and burnt coils in these devices.
- Mid-range setups (40–60W): 60/40 or 65/35 — a balanced blend that works across most versatile kits
- Sub-ohm tanks (60–80W): 70/30 — the most common sub-ohm ratio, good cloud and flavor balance
- High-wattage / cloud setups (80W+): 80/20 or Max-VG — maximum vapor, very smooth, only for direct-lung setups at high power
If you're not sure what you're running, bring your device in. We'll look at the coil resistance and device specs and tell you exactly what works.
Early coil burnout almost always comes down to one of three things:
- Wrong VG/PG ratio — high-VG liquid in a pod system won't wick fast enough. The coil fires into dry cotton and burns. Switch to a 50/50 liquid for pod systems.
- Chain vaping — not giving the wick time to re-saturate between draws. Wait 20–30 seconds between puffs, especially on lower-power setups.
- Sweet or heavily-flavored liquids — high-sugar flavorings caramelize on the coil faster than others. Some flavors are inherently harder on coils. If you're burning through coils weekly on the same liquid, try a different flavor profile.
With the right liquid for your device and normal draw habits, coils should last 1–2 weeks minimum. If you're replacing them more often, something's off. Come in and we'll diagnose it.
Yes — across all flavor profiles and VG/PG ratios. Zero-nicotine e-liquid is the same formula as our regular line with no nicotine added. You still get the full flavor, vapor, and experience — just no nicotine.
0mg is popular with:
- People who've successfully stepped down from higher nicotine levels and want to keep vaping
- Former smokers maintaining the habitual aspect without dependency
- Vapers who never wanted nicotine — just the flavor and vapor
Note that 0mg freebase in a sub-ohm setup produces very little throat hit — which some people want, but if you're used to a noticeable hit, it'll feel different. We can talk through what to expect.
A few common reasons:
- The device changes the flavor — the same liquid tastes different in a pod system vs. a sub-ohm tank because of vapor volume, temperature, and airflow. Flavor profiles designed for DTL setups can taste muted in a pod and vice versa.
- Coil needs to break in — a brand-new coil can taste slightly off for the first few puffs. A 5–10 minute break-in period at lower wattage (if adjustable) helps.
- Vaper's tongue — extended use of the same flavor causes olfactory fatigue; you stop tasting it properly. Switch flavors for a few days or try a strong menthol to reset.
- Coil is due for replacement — a degrading coil affects flavor long before it starts producing actual burnt taste. If the flavor seems dull or off, a new coil often fixes it.
It's one of the most common things we help customers with. We can't make medical claims about vaping as a cessation tool, but we can walk you through the practical mechanics of using an open system to step down nicotine concentration over time.
The approach that works best: start at a concentration that matches your current intake and step down gradually — typically 4–8 weeks at each level before dropping to the next. A pod system with variable e-liquid gives you complete control over that process in a way that disposables don't.
- Heavy smokers typically start at 50mg nic salt
- Moderate smokers often start at 35mg
- Light smokers may do fine starting at 25mg
